Happy holidays! Kind of, not really, haha. I struggled A LOT with sharing the last post, and continuing to follow up on it. I will say the ONLY reason I decided to document and share this journey is that I couldn’t find hardly any information from a patient’s perspective on prolotherapy and where I was being treated, much less an athlete’s one. So….if you want to know more about prolotherapy from a doctors perspective and see a procedure on one of the spots I had done, look at my previous post. This is to merely document my 1st prolotherapy visit, and my 2nd one. I share this so if there are other athletes out there, or people who are having this done, they can have a place to have a patients perspective of what it’s like.
