Transition Drill Training

What a blast!  Sarah and I had a small but great transition drill training this weekend.  Needless to say, I was a little tired as Ironman training is getting at it’s longest but the drills were a success!  Thanks to Trisports.com, Powerbar, and Zeal Optics we had some great prizes and nutrition to hand out.  The group of people we had asked AWESOME questions, and all did a wonderful job.  Everyone learned something new, and I witnessed some inspiring events take place.  The mind is a powerful thing and can make the body go much farther than one thinks.

People out there, don’t forget transitions are an IMPORTANT part to triathlon.  Transitions can be a win, and they can also be a way to become more efficient if you aren’t concerned about time.  The more energy you conserve the less it will hurt at the end!!!  Ok, maybe I’m lying but I’ll do anything to make you faster:)!
